At first his message seems quite simple, but the more time that you think about it, the more you realize that his message is quite profound in its simplicity.

Definitely get a tan paper out for this one, as there are a lot of adjectives and times where a journal will allow you to express the questions that he asked in the book.

It really is and how he comes up with an original idea that makes this book profound, but rather it is how it is tied and explained that makes this such a powerful and well received book.

If the promise of feeling “in the present” and feel an inner peace throughout the day, then this is the book for you. Many people spend years and years trying to achieve the peace and solitude that the author can explain in a single book. If you truly comprehend what he says, I believe that you will look at the world in a different light than he otherwise would.
